澳大利亚职业教育运行机制的基本特征及对我国的启示

摘    要:高效的运行机制保证了澳大利亚职业教育的健康协调发展。澳大利亚职业教育运行机制的基本特征包括:行业主导、国家协作的管理运行机制,以质量和效率优先为核心的职业教育财政投入机制,由顾客导向和需求驱动的市场化运行机制。澳大利亚职业教育运行机制对我国建立健全政府主导、行业指导、企业参与的办学机制具有重大启示:提升行业地位,赋予行业企业职业教育决策的话语权;创新运行机制,提升职业教育管理运行效率;坚持需求导向,提高职业教育资源配置效益。

The Basic Characteristics of Operating Mechanism of Vocational Education in Australia and Its Inspiration for China

Abstract:The efficient operating mechanism of vocational education in Australia guarantees its healthy and harmonious development.The basic characteristics of the operating mechanism reflected in the management operating mechanism with industry leading and State cooperating,the financial investment mechanism with the core of quality and efficiency first,and the customer-oriented and demand-driven market operating mechanism.The operating mechanism of vocational education in Australia has the important inspiration to improve industry status and give the power of discourse in vocational education decision-making to the industries and enterprises;to innovate the operating mechanism and improve the management efficiency of vocational education;to stick to the demand-oriented and advance the distribution efficiency of vocational education resources.
