高校辅导员队伍准入与退出机制的理论探索

摘    要:建立高校辅导员队伍准入与退出机制,对于加强和改进辅导员队伍建设具有重要意义。影响辅导员队伍准入与退出机制设计的因素分为共性因素和特殊因素两大类,前者包括思想政治素质、能力素质、身心素质和年龄四个方面,后者包括学历、学科背景、责任意识和工作绩效四个方面。辅导员准入与退出机制设计应遵循科学、规范、可执行原则,正激励原则和量化指标为主的原则。

Abstract:Establishing mechanism in admission and seceding of students' counselors is of great significance in reinforcing and improving the construction of student counselor troops. Factors underlying design of the mechanism for admission and seceding of students' counselors are divided into common factors and special factors, the former including qualities of ideology, ability, body and mind, and age, while the latter including schooling, discipline background, sense of responsibility, and work achievements. The design of mechanism for admission and seceding of students' counselors should follow the principles of being scientific, standard, feasible, positive and quantitative.
