| Abstract: | Teaching effectiveness is influence by teaching charming.For enhancing the ideological and moral cultivation and the legal basis of teaching charming,teachers are required to be fully trained for charisma,promote their academic levels and research abilities,and solid the basis of teaching charming;deepen the teaching innovation,stimulate the vitality of class,grasp the key point of teaching charming;value the link of practices,reform the way of assessment,provide the guarantee of teaching charming. |
