| 摘 要： | 继续教育是专业技术人员的学历后教育,是拓宽专业技术人员的知识范围,提高学历层次的重要途径。本文以档案专业从业人员的现状为基础,分析了影响其发展的五个因素,提出了发展档案专业继续教育的六项对策以及作者的学习体会。

| Abstract: | Continuing education, an education after formal schooling, is an important channel for professional staff to broaden their knowledge scope and increase their grade of education record. Based on the present situation of archivists, this article analyses five factors that influence the development of technical staff of archivists. Six measures and suggestions are put forward on the development of the continuing education in the archives field. |
