| Abstract: | This author analyzes the reasons of the less development of China's non-governmental university from the angels of the history and the factuality and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, such as, further to liberate the thought, allow the non-governmental university to get suitable benefit, get rid of the quasi-cadre system gradually, enhance the attraction of the non-governmental university and the government should invest for the non-governmental university suitably. |
