| 摘 要： | 黑河市体育协会活动经费存在明显不足问题,来源主要以会费为主,支出以场地费、活动费为主,采用协会内部经费管理制度。构建小区型体育协会,多途径筹集活动经费,健全经费管理与监督体制是有效缓解经费紧张问题主要方法。

| Abstract: | There is an obvious shortage of activity funds of the sports associations in Heihe city.These funds which take the association interior management system,mainly come from the membership fees and are paid for sitecost and activity fees.Constructing the community sports associations,raising activity fees through various ways,improving the funds management and supervision system can effectively release the problems of funds shortage. |
