| 摘 要： | 针对电子资源数量大、类型多、价格昂贵、销售模式多样化、用户对各种数据库资源利用不均衡、大学城中多数图书馆中文电子资源配置较齐全而外文电子资源配置不足及资源重复配置等现状,从加强电子资源协调发展、灵活采用联合采购和分工采购方式、制定知识产权保护规则、跟踪用户信息需求等方面提出大学城图书馆电子资源合作建设策略,以期为实现资源的合理配置和有效利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of electronic resources which are large quantity, great diversity, high expense and variety in marketing models, users’ unbalanced utilization of database resources, the condition that most libraries in Higher Education Mega Center are complete with Chinese electronic resources while lacking in foreign electronic resources, also with some resources duplication. Based on this status, it proposes relevant strategies concerning electronic resources cooperative development from the perspectives of enhancing coordinated development of electronic resources, flexibly choosing joint or division purchase, setting intellectual property rights protection rules, tracking users’ requirements for information, etc., to provide reference for rational distribution and effective utilization of resources. |
