摘    要:在构成德育的主体(教育者)、客体(受教育者)、介体(内容和方法)三因素中,育人环境是渗透其中并形成德育整体的一个重要因素。优化育人环境是对学校以及基层组织的各种建设与有效管理。民族高校德育工作的改进从某种意义上讲,就是要不断地加强包括教学环境、校园环境、学术环境、服务环境以及交流环境等在内的育人环境的建设。

Abstract:The three elements in moral education are:subject(educator),object(educatee)and medium(content and method).Education environment,as an important part of moral education,is infiltrated among the three.Optimizing education environment includes all-level construction and effective management of school and grass roots organizations.In a sense,improving moral education in ethnic universities and colleges is to strengthen construction of education environment which includes teaching environment,campus environment,academic environment,service environment and exchange environment.
