新课程背景下北京市中小学科学教师队伍结构的调查研究

摘    要:本研究对新课程背景下北京市中小学科学教师队伍结构进行了调查研究。调查发现:北京市中小学科学教师队伍在均衡发展的同时还存在着一定问题,具体表现在:存在教非所学、教师兼职情况,师资配备存在地区差异;这些影响了科学教学的质量和水平。地区经济条件的差异和学科受重视程度的差异可能是导致这些问题的原因。

Abstract:Based on a survey of more than 1000 Beijing primary and secondary school science teachers,current study indicates that though the group of Beijing primary and secondary school science teachers has balanced development,there are several problems lowered the quality of science education,such as non-professional teachers,part-time teachers and area differences of science teachers.The differences of economy among areas and the importance among subjects may be the causes of the problems above.
