| 摘 要： | 通过对部分体育院系教师、学生的调查，了解体育专业学生现阶段能力结构及基层体育教师能力结构的基本状况。结合教学实际认为只要依据培养目标构建合理课程体系．在教学过程中加强实践环节，建立科学、严格的考评制度．就能更好地解决体育教育专业学生能力的培养问题。

| Abstract: | After investigation to parts of university students and teachers in some grass-roots units, the author has found the fundamental problem of disability belonging to poor skill structure. Combining with the teaching experience, he believes that only by setting up rational curriculum system, stressing the key sections of training, improving scientific and strict examination and judgement to the students specialized in physical culture according to their educational objective, can this ability problem be solved. |
