| 摘 要： | 创新教育是素质教育的灵魂和核心．更是成人高等教育学生素质教育的灵魂和核心。面对21世纪知识经济时代的挑战，对成人高等教育学生实施创新教育，已成为成人高等教育改革的当务之急和必然趋势。因此，必须对成人高等教育学生实施创新教育：(一)实现创新教育观念现代化；(二)实现创新教育内容现代化；(三)实现创新教育手段现代化；(四)实现创新教育队伍现代化；(五)实现创新教育管理现代化。

| Abstract: | Innovative education is the core and soul of quality education as well as for adult college education.Facing the challenges of intellectual economy of21century,innovative education to adult is pressing and inevitable in the reform of adult college education.Therefore,creative education in adult college must be put into effect:bringing about the moderniazation of e-ducation concept ;bringing about the modernization content of education;bringing about the modernization of educational means;bringing about the moedrnization of education team;and bringing about the modernization of education management . |
