| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法等研究方法，揭示了体育院校创新教育的现状及存在的问题，分析了其对体育院校创新人才培养的不利影响；从强化学生创新精神的培养，改革课程、考评体系和教师的授课方式，加强教师自身创新精神的提高，营造良好的创新氛围等方面，论述了体育院校创新人才培养的途径。

| Abstract: | By questionnaire and investigation, the authors reveal the status quo and the existing problems of creative and innovative education in P.E. institutes, analyze the disadvantageous influence of the above problems on the cultivation of creative and innovative personnel in P.E. institutes, and indicates that the ways of cultivating the creative and innovative personnel in P.E. institutes include the improvement of students' creative and innovative spirit, the reform in examinations and teachers' teaching methods, the enhancement of teachers' creative and innovative spirit, construction of beneficial atmosphere for creation and innovation. |
