| 摘 要： | “职教二十条”明确提出了把发展高职教育作为培养大国工匠和能工巧匠的重要方式。目前,高职院校的学生在择业过程中还存在不愿意也不安心从事基层一线工作的问题,在一定程度上加剧了人才供给与需求的结构性矛盾。高职院校为社会培养“下得去、用得上、留得住”的高素质技术技能型人才必须重视对学生进行培养目标教育,这是高职教育人才培养工作的内在要求,也是服务我国经济社会发展的现实需求。

| Abstract: | The"Twenty Articles of Vocational Education"clearly proposes that the development of higher vocational education is an important way to train great craftsmen and skilled craftsmen.At present,students in higher vocational colleges are still unwilling to engage in front-line work in the process of choosing a job,which has aggravated the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of talent.Higher vocational colleges must attach importance to cultivation target education in order to train high quality technical and skilled talent for society.This is an inherent requirement of talent training for higher vocational education,and it is also a realistic requirement to serve China's economic and social development. |
