| 摘 要： | 文章阐述运用新媒体平台推动高职共青团工作的必要性,分析高职共青团员的思想现状与存在的问题,从规范共青团的制度建设、加强共青团的组织建设、多角度和全方位地培养与管理团员、增强团组织的凝聚力与向心力等方面,为提高“互联网+”背景下高职院校共青团思想政治教育实效性提出建议与对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the necessary of using new media platform to promote Communist Youth League works was studied and some status and problems of league members'thought in higher vocational colleges were analyzed respectively.In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of league members,some suggestions and countermeasures were proposed by some methods including regulating the construction of the Communist Youth League,strengthening the organization of Communist Youth League,regulating strictly cultivation and management of league members,enhancing cohesion and centripetal force and so on. |
