摘    要:成人教育的教学效果目前并不如意,提高成教教学质量显得十分重要。通过对成人学员认知能力、经验性、动机性等特征的分析,提出提高成人教育教学效果的若干策略。

Abstract:At present,the teaching effect of adult education is not good as we wish.So improving the teaching quality appears to be very important.By analysing the adult students' characteristics in cognitive ability,experience and motivation,the author brings up several tactics to improve the teaching effect in adult education.
