| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、数理统计法，对常熟市部分中学生体育锻炼的情况进行了调查分析，探讨了影响中学生参加体育锻炼的原因，并对中学生如何进行科学的体育锻炼提出了对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes parts of middle school students' physical training situation through questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. Reasons which affect the middle school students' physical training and the countermeasures to how to get scientific physical training are discussed. |
