| 摘 要： | 瑞典是世界上终身学习比较发达的国家之一。瑞典终身学习的发展与成人教育有着很深厚的渊源。本介绍并分析了瑞典终身学习的发展及现状，重点对瑞典当前推行终身学习的成人教育五年行动计划、高级职业教育和个人学习帐户等进行了分析和评述。
