| 摘 要： | 从我国北方的地域特点及冬季体育产业经济发展的实际出发,论述开发我省冬季群众体育项目必须与冰雪旅游产业融为一体,提出应主动开拓冬季体育产业市场,使我省冰雪运动成为冬季群众体育普及与冬季体育产业开发的重要基地。

| Abstract: | According to the region character and the need of economic development of the northern the author expounded that the two respects must be connected - developing the ice - snow sports of our province and the ice - snow tourist industry. At the same time, the author expanded the industrial market of the winter PE. It makes the ice - snow sports of our province the important base of mass sport in winter. |
