| 摘 要： | 学生干部是学生的组织者和代言人，同时又是教师的得力助手，是沟通学生与学校的桥梁。在培养跨世纪人才中，他们是中坚力量。因此，挖掘和发现有组织领导的学生骨干组成干部队伍，进行必要的素质能力的培养和提高，是十分必要和紧迫的，这关系到能否推动学生工作健康有序发展的大问题。

| Abstract: | Student cadres are not only the leaders and spokesmen of students,the capable assistants of educational edministrators,but also the bridge between students and schools.They are the core force in cultivating cross-century talents.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to excavate and discover the core force to form a cadres team and educate and improve their quality and abilities.This is a very important thing concerning whether we can push students' work to develop healthily and systematically. |
