| 摘 要： | 江泽民“三个代表”的重要思想处处体现了马克思主义与时俱进的创新精神。它紧扣时代发展的新趋势，作出了马克思主义党建学说的新概括，提出了执政党执政规律的新思考，开拓了马克思主义发展的新境界。它是马克思主义在当代中国的新发展，是当代最新、最鲜活的马克思主义。

| Abstract: | The thought of Three Representatives expressed by Jiang Zemin shows the innovating spirit of Marxism. Ittemporizes the contemporary new trend of development and makes a new generalization of the Marxism party building the-ory. Furthermore, it puts forward some new ideas of the governing laws, thus Marxism is developed. |
