| 摘 要： | 独立学院实行的是董事会领导下的院长负责制。坚持独立学院的社会主义办学方向，就必须坚定对独立学院党建工作重要性的认识，以改革创新的精神探索党建工作的新思路、新方法，充分发挥独立学院共产党员的先锋模范作用，为独立学院培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人掌舵。

| Abstract: | Independent college practices the system of director - general responsibility under the leadership of board of council. To persevere in the socialist orientation in education provision, one must realize the importance of construction of the CPC, trying to find the new idea and way of it with innovation spirit. And communists in the independent college must play the vanguard and exemplary role and train qualified and reliable successors for socialism. |
