| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国高等教育改革和发展的一种新的办学模式,开辟了扩大高等本科教育资源和办学规模的新渠道。相对于传统意义上的本科学生而言,独立学院的学生作为一个特殊层次的本科学生,在学习、工作、生活、思想、心理等方面所遇到的困难和碰到的问题更多更复杂,这要求独立学院的学生思想政治工作者必须能准确地把握学生的特点和存在的问题,不断创新工作思路和工作方法,努力提高独立学院学生思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,探索出符合独立学院学生成长成才的思想政治工作方法。

| Abstract: | The Independent Institute is Chinese higher education reform and development of a new mode,and opens up the expansion of Undergraduate Education resources and the scale of the new education channels.Compared with the traditional sense of the undergraduate students,the independent institute's students,as a special level of undergraduate students in learning,work and life,ideological and psychological difficulties encountered by the problems encountered more and more complex,the student requested the ideological and political workers must be able to accurately grasp the characteristics of students and the existing problems and constant innovation of ideas and methods of work,and strive to improve the ideological and political the independent institute students work more targeted and effective,and working out with the independent institute student development become the ideological and political work methods. |
