| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展是马克思关于未来社会发展目标的设想，指人的能力、需要、社会关系和个性等方面的发展。人的全面发展与社会主义和谐社会的构建相互依赖、相互促进、相辅相成，二者在理论与实践上具有高度的统一性。在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中，要把二者有机地结合起来，从全面提高人们的能力素质、引导人们的合理需要、拓展人们的社会关系以及塑造人们的优良个性等方面入手，促进人的全面发展，实现社会的和谐发展。
