| 摘 要： | 高校安全稳定是社会安全稳定的重要组成部分和重要前提。当前高校毕业生问题凸显。突发事件时有发生。大学生毕业前夕是高校突发事件敏感期和高发期，是高校安全稳定工作关键期。针对当前高校毕业生安全稳定工作中存在问题，准确把握高校毕业生突发事件及其特点，分析其成因，理清思路，创新工作思路，积极探讨工作途径，有效开展高校毕业生安全稳定工作是非常重要且有意义的。
