谈游泳教学中的心理问题

摘    要:在游泳教学中,学生的情绪变化和心理活动都是十分复杂和强烈的。初学时的怕水心理,水温较低时的畏难心理;刚学会时盲目追赶的心理;巩固提高阶段中的怕苦、怕累心理;后进生的悲观心理等等。如何了解体育教学中学生心理状况与各种心理活动规律,解析在游泳教学中心理学问题,并利用有关运动心理学知识,采用合理的教学、训练措施是使学生保持旺盛学习的自觉性和积极性,并及时正确地评价学生完成动作质量和学习成绩,便是本文所要研究的问题。

A Brief Analysis of the Psychology Problem in the Teaching of the Swimming

Abstract:The change of the emotion and psychology is quite complex during the teaching process of the swimming course.The learners may afraid of the water and the low temperature of the water or chase each other blindly;they may afraid of weariness during the process of middle stage;some students who learn too slowly may also feel pessimism.The purpose of this paper is to realize the psychology factors and roles of the students;to explain the psychology problem during the teaching process of the swimming course;to cultivate the consciousness and enthusiasm of the students with using the psychology knowledge and the reasonable teaching method.
