摘    要:本文在建构主义和自我决定理论基础上提出高等职业教育中自我组织学习的教学方法。它结合了认知、情感和动机,是学习者自我构建学习目标,实施学习过程和反思学习效果的过程。本文进一步提出自我组织学习的教学设计步骤,为高等职业教育教学方法改革提供了一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on the constructivism and self-determination theory, the article proposes the approach of self-organized learning in higher vocational education. Integrating cognition, emotion and motivation, self-organizing learning includes the processes of objective construction, learning and reflection. Teaching approaches are proposed for self-organized learning in vocational education institutions.
