| 摘 要： | 为深入研究突发事件网络舆情的演变形式及演变成因,本文以7.23温州动车追尾事件为例,以事件舆情生命周期为脉络,在利用SVM对各阶段舆情进行情感性分析的基础上,从政府、媒体、意见领袖、网民自身4个维度对网络舆情事件中各角色对网络舆情传播过程的影响及彼此间的相互作用做出了分析,并对舆情的应对提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the forms and causes of the evolution of network public opinion for emergency events,this paper used the public opinion of 7.23 accident in Wenzhou city as the example to analyze people's sentiment in every period of public opinion using SVM during the life cycle of public opinion.This paper discussed influence factors which influenced the evolution of the public opinion and how to interact with each other from four dimensions(government,media,opinion leaders,Internet users).At last this paper proposed corresponding advices. |
