| 摘 要： | 本文对当前独立学院现状和生存发展面临的一些问题进行分析和探究,运用效用理论,分析出实现学生效用最大化的方法策略,通过制定弹性教学计划、配备合理师资、借鉴学徒制经验建立基于效用的教育新模式。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and studies some problems of the current situation and existence and development that independent college is facing,using utility theory,to analyze the maximization method that students to achieve utility,through the development of flexible teaching plan,with a reasonable teaching,from apprenticeship experience to establish new educational mode based on utility. |
