| 摘 要： | 新形势下，大学生的价值观呈现出主体性、矛盾性、多样性、不稳定性的特点。针对大学生自身的心理特点以及学校教育、家庭环境、个人经历等影响大学生价值观的形成和改变的内外因素，我们要教育和引导大学生走“复合型”人才的成才路向。通过转变教育观念，提高思想政治教育工作的实效性，构建与时俱进的思想政治教育新模式，加强校园文化建设等方法和途经，为大学生成长成才服务。
