| 摘 要： | 完成产业层级的技术能力跨越 ,从原来的技术吸纳形态向自主创新形态跃迁 ,必须建立与整个产业价值链匹配的产业内互动型协作 ,在价值链中上下游环节一起完成价值传递。仅引进或复制发达国家某个阶段的生产技术和生产线 ,难以形成技术跨越实现所需要的产业生态环境。

| Abstract: | Industrial technological leapfrogging will experience two stages: the absorptive stage and innovation stage. The innovation capability can only be achieved by forming industrial alliance based on the successful value chain. The success of industrial technological leapfrogging depends on the smooth operation of the industrial value chain. |
