课堂教学中对学生元认知能力的培养

摘    要:目前,认知领域的心理学家在研究人认知的同时又从事研究人关于认知的再认知,即元认知领域的研究。元认知主要是指个体对思维活动的自我体验、自我观察、自我监控和自我调节,它包括元认知知识、元认知体验和元认知监控三个部分,对学生思维品质和学习活动都有重要作用。因此,在课堂教学中,不仅应该注重对具体知识的传授,还应将学生元认知能力的培养渗透其中。文章着重阐述在课堂教学中对学生元认知培养的一系列问题,包括培养学生元认知的可行性、对教师和学生提出的要求、元认知三个部分培养的基本理念等。

Abstract:Now,the psychologists who do the cognition research have also research into the cognition about the cognition,that is,the metacognition.The metacognition is the self-experience,self-obvious,self-supervision and the self-accommodation of the individual's thought,and it contains three parts-the knowledge of metacognition,the experience of metacognition and the supervision of metacognition,and it is so important for developing the student's mental quality and benefit for the study.Therefore,one hand,in the instruction of the class,the teacher should pay attention to teaching the concrete knowledge,the other hand,should also attach importance to improve the ability of the metacognition.This article emphasizes a series of problems on how to cultivate the students'metacognition,which contain the feasibility of the cultivation,to the demand which the teacher and student put forward,and the idea about the cultivation of the meatacognition's three parts.
