摘    要:随着我国课程改革的不断深入,教师质量成为社会关注的热点,教师专业发展的重要意义就越为凸显,教师专业水平的提高和发展是实现新课程改革目标的契机。探讨西部边境中小学教师专业发展的方式和途径,对我国边境地区的教师整体素质的提高和教师专业发展都有积极的影响。

Abstract:With the progress in course reform and the pubic focus on the teacher's quality, the teacher's professional development is of significance and a breakthrough in realizing objectives of the new course reform. In this case, the study on patterns and approaches of professional development of primary and middle school teachers in Guangxi border areas plays active role in the improvement of the education in China's border areas.
