摘    要:伴随着我国行政机构改革和政府职能转变以及科学发展观的提出,领导干部绩效评估已经成为了政府部门推行管理创新的重要措施。确立正确的绩效评价理念,实行科学的绩效评价办法,对全面客观的评价领导干部具有重要意义。

Abstract:Along with the administration reform, the transformation of government functions and the proposition of scientific devel- opment view, leaders' performance evaluation has become an important innovation in the implementation of management measures. It is significant to establish the correct principles and scientific methods to evaluate leaders based on their performance.
