| 摘 要： | 在我国高等教育大众化的趋势下,地方高校如何充分发挥高校教师在科学研究和培养社会高层次人才方面的作用,具有非常重要的现实意义。本文通过把地方院校和部属院校相比较,系统地梳理了目前我国地方高校教师绩效管理的现状以及存在的问题,进行了深层次原因挖掘,并针对目前绩效管理中一些突出问题提出了具体的对策建议。
