| 摘 要： | 通过对高职在校学生进行问卷调查的方法，了解学生学习《生物化学》课程的现状，分析学生学习该课程困难的原因，提出了教材内容改革，改善学生学习情感，培养学生良好的学习方法，提高学生学习的认知能力等对策，以提高《生物化学》课程的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Taking vocational school students as subjects,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey to get to know students＇ current situation of learning biochemistry. And then the paper analyzes causes for difficulties in learning the course, puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching effect of this course such as reforming teaching contents, improve students＇ learning affect, developing effective learning methods and improving students＂ cognitive ability. |
