高校教师人文素质与科学素质提升的有效机制与途径

摘    要:人文素质与科学素质是当今高校教师综合素质的重要体现。要形成高校教师人文素质和科学素质提升的长效机制,就要组建相应的培训组织机构,使高校教师人文科学素质的培训常态化,并严格素质考核机制,强调对外交流,从而确保人本管理的持续性和有效性。

Abstract:Humanistic quality and scientific quality are the important embodiment of comprehensive quality of university teachers.To form the effective mechanism of university teachers’ humanistic quality and scientific quality promotion,only to establish the corresponding training organizations,making the training of university teachers’ humanistic quality normalization,and strict quality assessment mechanism,emphasizes the foreign exchange,thereby ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness.
