| Abstract: | Managing state affairs both by law and by rule of virtue is new strategic thinking put forward by the leading group of CPC wirh Comrade Jiang Zeming at its core the head.The important thinking,perfecting Comrade DENG Xiao-ping's Theory on how to lead the people to min the state,contributes to the theory of state of Marxismand is the application and development of the strategic thinking of laying equal Stress on spirit civilization and material civilization. |
