| 摘 要： | 地方高校办学规模逐渐扩大,生师比提高过快,青年教师占比逐年上升,教师负担过重,师德失范的现象时有发生,诸如职业信念动摇,敬业精神淡化,责任心不强,对学生缺乏关爱等。鉴于此,针对当前地方高校教师职业道德存在的主要问题,结合实际工作经验,寻求一条适用于现阶段地方高校教师职业道德建设的可行之路,以期为高校师德建设作一些有益的尝试和探索。

| Abstract: | The scale of local universities is gradually becoming larger,the ratio of students and teachers increases too fast,the proportion of young teachers is going up year by year,the teacher is overburdened,phenomenon of teacher morality absence occurs occasionally,such as profession belief wavering,professional spirit weakening,absence of responsibility,lack of love in treating students and so on.We should analyze the existing main problems about current local university teachers’ professional ethics and combined with practical work experience,find a way feasible to construct the local university teachers’ morality at the current stage in order to do some beneficial attempts and exploration for construction of college teachers’ morality. |
