| 摘 要： | 高校家访工作是高校对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要途径与实践方式,成为辅导员班主任工作的新领域,是家校合作共赢的良好平台。试以南徐学院为研究案例,重点分析了家访的具体作用：拓宽了高校思想政治教育工作的外延,创新了原有的家访模式,家访能强化高校思政工作的群体效应。同时探讨了家访制度存在的问题与努力：在家访中未能真正体现构筑情感教育模式,家访形式单一化与机械化;家访活动应该精心设计和精心实施;家访过程是一种人文关怀的重要显现;家访反馈后的信息处理要快。

| Abstract: | Home visits is regarded as one of the important ways to carry out the ideological education for the college students in universities,and also it has been a new field to study for the counselors.The paper discusses the roles of home visits work in the ideological education,taking Nanxue College as an example.The paper also analyzes the problems to meet in the home visits work and the approaches to improve the work in order to improve the efficiency of ideological education in colleges. |
