| 摘 要： | 心阻抗指标随年龄增加而增加，但普通人到１８岁左右趋于稳定或呈下降趋势；而运动员仍呈上升趋势。运动员的心阻抗指标高者，其最大吸氧量大；反之则小。运动员心功能明显优于普通正常人。

| Abstract: | The heart function of sportsmen is much superior to that of ordinary people The heart function increases as people grow older,but that of ordinary people tends to be stable or decrease when they are 18 or so,howerer,the heart function of sportsmen still increase at the age of 18. The higher the heart function number, the higher the sportsman's maximum O2 breathing,and conversely. |
