| 摘 要： | 继续教育是提高专业技术人员创新能力和整体素质的重要途径。加强继续教育工作,积极推进专业技术人员继续教育开发原则的创新,加快专业技术人员继续教育步伐,创新完善专业技术人员继续教育机制体制,建设一支素质优良、结构合理、相对稳定的专业技术人员队伍,对推动经济社会又好又快发展,具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | Continuing education is an important way to improve the innovation ablity and the overatt quality of professional and technical personnel. It is great significant for promoting sound and fast economic and social development to strengthen continuing education, promote actively the innovation principles development of professionals continuing education, accelerate the pace, innovate and improve the mechanism of continuing education, and form a professional and technical personnel team with high - quality, reasonable structure, and stablility. |
