| Abstract: | Equilibrium of education is a necessary step for narrowi ng the gap between areas and promoting social progress. In the development of th eir education, many countries have gained both successful experience and failure lessons from the disequilibrium of education to the equilibrium of education. I t is helpful for the development and realization of educational equilibrium in C hina to study the ideas, practices and policies on educational equilibrium of ot her countries. |
