| 摘 要： | 教师培训是提高教师专业水平的重要途径，但是目前农村教师培训现状不容乐观。基于网络的远程培训是一种全新的教师培训模式，它不仅能解决目前农村教师培训中存在的问题，还能提高教师培训的效率，促进培训功能的可持续性。

| Abstract: | Teacher training is an important way to improve teachers' professional level,however,the status of rural teacher training has unoptimistic situation at the present time.Web-based distance training is a new model of teacher training.It can not only solve the problems in rural teacher training,but also improve the efficiency and promote the sustainability of the training function. |
