| Abstract: | The grass-roots civil servant is the main body of civil servants in our country.Strengthening grass-roots civil servants' continuing education concerns the state and social long period of stability,but there still exist many problems in the continuing education of grass-roots civil servants in China.Therefore,it is very necessary to recognize the importance of continuing educaton,and explore suitable and effective methods for grass-roots civil servants' continuing education. |
