| 摘 要： | 远程教育与社区教育融合渗透、联动发展的新趋势，具有积极的现实意义。二者之间的诸多共同之处，为融合联动奠定了理论和实践基础，而构建学习型社会这一共同目标，则为这种融合提供了现实机遇和发展动力。促进电大参与社区教育，需要来自教育政策、教育管理、教育技术等多方面的支持。
