| 摘 要： | “三个代表”重要思想是在科学判断党的历史方位基础上，解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的产物。与时俱进是贯穿“三个代表”重要思想的一条红线，只有把握解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进这个精髓，才能深刻领会“三个代表”重要思想的精神实质，自觉而坚定地全面贯彻。贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，关键在坚持与时俱进，同时又是坚持党的先进性，坚持执政为民的基本前提。

| Abstract: | The three represents important thought is an outcome brought forth by emancipating the mind,seeking truth from the facts and advancing with the times,virtually on the basis of a scientific judgement of the historical trend of the Party.To advance with the times is the main thread throughout the three represents important thought.Only when we grasp the quintessence of emancipating the mind,seeking truth from the facts and advancing with the times could we truly understand the spiritual merit of the three represents important thought.The key element for carrying out the three represents important thought is to adhere to advancing with the times,as is also a basic precondition for maintaining the Party's advanced characteristics and assuming power for the people. |
