| 摘 要： | 我国民营经济改革开放以来。发展迅速，已经具备了参与BOT项目的能力。但是近年来我国在采用BOT模式时，民营经济常处于被动的地位。就此问题分析了民营经济参与BOT项目的可行性，并提出了相应的解决对策。
