| 摘 要： | 高校去行政化源于高校权力失衡、行政权独揽和不断泛化,高校需要从政府行政和高校行政两方面去除泛化了和不应有的权力,还教师和大学生应有的权力和地位;要从转变思想观念、遵循教育规律、强化民主意识和重置三权格局入手,破除体制上的障碍,化解高校管理行政化的弊端,使高校管理实现理性复归。
