| 摘 要： | 现代化的高校图书馆要求馆员具备多功能复合型素质，既要有为教学、科研提供文献信息服务精专的业务技能，又要具备良好的职业道德、广博的知识面，较好的信息素质，成为精专多能的“信息导航员”和“信息工程师”。本文分析了图书馆员素质的现状及图书馆员应具备的多功能复合型素质。

| Abstract: | Librarians in a modern college should have a variety of qualities including not only operation skill to provide excellent information service for teaching and research,but also good professional morality,encyclopedical knowledge and informational quality.They should act as "information navigators" as well as "information engineers".This thesis elaborates the status quo of the quality of librarians and the multi-functional compound quality of librarians. |
