| 摘 要： | 随着信息化建设的推进,高校成人教育培训工作中产生了大量的电子档案。高校成人教育培训电子档案存在内容不完整,管理规章制度缺乏,管理人员素质亟待提高等问题,如何采取多种措施规范电子档案管理已经成为目前高等院校成人教育培训工作者必须解决的问题。
